Well, that was the Semi-Finals done and dusted and it was to be no glorious final for either Belgium or England. Both teams underachieved at the final hurdle and will now contest the 3rd/4th place play-off game on Saturday.

For France and Croatia the Final awaits on Sunday, in front of an audience of many millions around the world. For one the glory, for the other - heartbreak.

England will reflect on the chance of the Final that was there for the taking, unfortunately it came just a shade too early in this young teams development. Reasons to be optimistic and look forward to France 2020 and the UEFA European Championship.
